There are individual highscore lists for every single team in
http://i18n.kde.org/stats/gui/. These are also linked from the overview
page at http://i18n.kde.org/teams/index.shtml (all entries starting
with "po files in need of a revision:").

Apart from that there's also the traditional ASCII version in the CVS
(http://kdecvs.stud.fh-heilbronn.de/cvsweb/~checkout~/kde-i18n/highscore).
Although this is apparently not quite up-to-date at the moment.
