About documentation :

1) Thibaut Cousin has engraved a CD-ROM for documentation writers and
translators. It includes the Cygnus distribution of the DocBook Tools,
and the kdesdk/ksgmltools directory (customization for KDE, the template
file and the crash-course). This CD is intended for all the people with
slow internet access. If interested, please order it directly to Thibaut

2) It looks like i18n.kde.org will be ready soon thanks to Thomas Diehl
and Tobias Burnus. This machine will hold all the "internal" stuff for
i18n and doc, whereas the "general public" stuff will continue to be
hosted by www.kde.org.

3) Stephan Kulow has mirrored the DocBook Tools on the KDE ftp server,
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/devel/docbook/.
