Hi,

there has been more than 10 string freezes break the last 3 months, maybe
we should send a kind reminder to the developer list reminding that it
should be exceptional?

Of course, if a string needs to be changed and wasn't seen before it needs
a break, but maybe be more cautious before freezing, even if it means
delaying the release for one day or two?
