The original file has a sect1 with an empty para inside, that confuses the 
code we have that makes the roundtrip from docbook to po and back to dockbook.

I've added some text to the original sect1 and hopefully that will make it so 
that you can generate the documentation (tomorrow once templates are 
regenerated).
