Have created a translation project for SoK:
https://community.kde.org/SoK/Ideas/2024#App_Translation

Have not specified languages to enable participation from a broad cross
section of people, but for those with existing language teams, if there
are people interested in translating to a language with an existing
language team, that team may get a request to review translations.  At
present interest has been shown for Indic languages.
