I have added the files to subversion, you did very well for a first
translation, there were only 4 small mistakes

You translated "Your emails" verbatim, when you have to add your actual email
there

kio/kio6.po:29(#2)[msgstr]: Invalid email address 'भवतः \
ईमेलपत्राणि'. kxmlgui/kxmlgui6.po:679(#103)[msgstr]: Invalid \
email address 'भवतः ईमेलपत्राणि'.

And you had small errors with "html" tags

kio/kio6.po:2416(#446)[msgstr:168:"< br"]: KDE4 markup: not well-formed
(invalid token).
kio/kio6.po:4877(#878)[msgstr:155:"/qt>"]: KDE4 markup: mismatched tag.

Your next step is getting yourself a svn account and managing translations on
your own.

Also have you checked https://l10n.kde.org/docs/translation-howto/ ?
It's pretty long but also pretty good and detailed on how our workflow works.

About questions for the workflow please email the kde-i18n-doc so others can
also help you (and be a bit more patient waiting for answers ;)).

Welcome to KDE!

Cheers,
  Albert
