Hi,

Sure, that's true and you should add the files with this command.

However, there is kdesvn for this. It makes the life of KDE translator much 
easier. Just open your repo branch, right-click on the main folder and commit 
the changes with the handy interface. You can browse the tree and add the files 
with pressing of the Ins key.
