From the technical point of view, you need to update at least the branch in
sysadmin/repo-metadata.git,  projects-invent/office/tellico/i18n.json. I've
done that.
in that repository, you may also need to check/fix
dependencies/dependency-data-stable-kf5-qt5 and sync it with
dependencies/dependency-data-kf5-qt5 if any dependency changed, but maybe it's
not the case here.

Regarding the translations: usually, for a single program, I don't overwrite
the existing stable with the  messages from trunk. In this case also there
doesn't seem to be many changes.
I guess the release will take some time, so each team can check and complete
the translations in that branch.
