Hello.

Create some temp dir and then there run:
git archive --remote=git@invent.kde.org:plasma/plasma-desktop.git
Plasma/5.19:doc/kcontrol | tar -x

You will be asked to accept ssh key.
Accept it and then all should start working for you.
