I don't currently make the bugfix Plasma release announcements available
ahead of time i'm afraid.  This is because they are short space fillers
with the only part which is changed is the highlighted bugfixes, and those
aren't written until the release day because often they're not committed
until release day.  I can't really work out a better way to organise this.
