change, IMHO

We already have a check to make sure POT-Creation-Date-only changes don't get in ( pot_files_diff in https://websvn.kde.org/branches/stable/l10n-kf5/scripts/update_translations?view=markup ), but obviously here it's failing.

Personally i don't have the time to check right now, but will put it in the queue unless someone beats me to it ^_^
