I'm a member of Promo and the Brazilian Portuguese localization team and plan 
on updating the links available for Matrix (https://community.kde.org/
Matrix#Rooms) and Telegram (https://community.kde.org/Telegram).

If there are official Matrix and Telegram channels/groups for your 
localization team, could you please reply to this and inform each respective 
link? In addition to whether the chat group is bridged or not.

The wiki pages can be edited directly as well.

By providing more accessible means to get in contact with each localization 
team and by collaborating with Promo afterwards, it should be possible to 
increase the number of contributors significantly.
