Hey all!

The current samba module in kinfocenter is an entirely broken mess and
I'd like to replace it for plasma 5.18 to at least have something
working. this does mean introducing a good 5 new strings (almost all
the strings in the resulting UI).

are there any objections to this?

the current code is entirely defunct and doesn't do **anything** of
use, so while this is super unfortunate to have to do after freezes
it's either that or having another 6 months with a completely broken
feature :|
