Hi translators,

tonight string freeze has set in for the new stable KDevelop branch, 
5.4.
So please be invited to start translating the new strings or adapting to the 
changed ones in the following days.
This freeze affects all the catalogs in the group "extragear-kdevelop".

The needed changes to the infrastructure have been pushed already (repo-
metadata, get_paths), so catalogs for stable should contain the 5.4 strings 
after upcoming Monday's scripty run.

Compared to 5.3, there are 2 new catalog files unless I missed one:
* kdevmesonmanager.po(t)
* kdevclangtidy.po(t)
You might want to copy them from trunk.

A first Beta release will happen on Monday CEST evening. If nothing critical 
is found, the final 5.4.0 release shall happen in 2 weeks, on Monday, August 
5th.
