Hi,

It has been reported that the new Plasma 5.16 notifications system is 
untranslatable now. A screenshot (Russian) with the untranslated parts 
underlined:

Can someone confirm?

I have found no strange things in the code (seems to be common for all 
applets) but I might be wrong.
