Hi,

docs.krita.org, everytime it is build, first gets new translations
ready for scripty to pick up. sphinx has a translation merging system.
However, this translation merging system broke recently[1]. The cause
of this is that the Japanese po files do define the language variable
but not actually the language value. So, 'Language:' but no 'ja'
appended to that.

Because the builder first tries to get the languages ready this means
that the whole docs site build is broken :)

Could someone look at these files to add 'ja' to them?
