I don't have the rights to commit on this repository but just doing a make
gettext then
sphinx-intl update --pot-dir _build/gettext -l fr
seemed to restore the format already.
I think somehow the summit script is messing up with the files
generated by sphinx (which do have an unusual format) and then it
cannot handle them.
Vincent I'll have a deeper look tomorrow.
