Hello,

I don't know if other teams face this problem,
but in French team we use summit with nightly scripts to take care of the merge+scatter...
and these huge files take ages to process every time!

(done by my always-on ARM board, full merge/scatter used to take ~3h,
now it is >24h colliding with previous day and leading to memory shortage
doing it on a powerful server is a yet another power waste :P)

I am too lazy to write a special rule (to save planet), and would prefer this to be treated as docmessage...
