So… Are we suppposed to just translate the words, or should we be recording
(or getting existing FOSS recordings of) the translated words as well and
upload those recordings somewhere?
The fact that the message context contains .ogg makes me think we should be
providing recordings of the translations, but after reading the messages in
https://phabricator.kde.org/D17739 containing "ogg" (it is a long thread, and
the discussion seems mainly about the PO generation itself), but I am still
not sure.
