I see Yuri fixed this in master for kcalc now. Thanks!
So, I think scripty needs a way to raise these issues with a human and
we are in good shape for the future.

Confirmed unintended and they'll look into fixing the validation. So,
in due time appstreamcli and by extension jenkins will hopefully also
catch this type of issue.
