Bah I thought I'd fixed that sorry.  Done so now in the release scripts
https://commits.kde.org/releaseme/a8a5e58dcff25ea9c4121d8f2ed0d233ddb22113
and updated Plasma 5.14.4.

I also need to look into why the Press Contacts aren't translateable.
