I think what was probably intended was

=C2=A0=C2=A0 =C2=A0 msgfmt -c extragear-graphics/digikam.po -o /dev/null
msgfmt -c annoyingly creates a =E2=80=98messages.mo=E2=80=99 when you run i= t on a file
that has no errors. So it=E2=80=99s always a good idea to add =E2=80=98-o /= dev/null=E2=80=99.
