It should, it is a way to tell that the string can be
  Memory: %1 / %2
or
  Mem: %1 / %2
or
  Mem: %1
or
  %1
depending on the space, so your translation should have it.

But I agree it's hard to do this right so I've made a patch so that is handled 
on the code side instead of on the translation side.
