I suggest a deference to the old translators and add them to credits strings into \

Both projects were already silently imported into kdereview on Mon Oct 9 2017
and some teams already translated the catalogs from scratch.
So we have duplicated translations from KDE-Teams since Mon Oct 9 2017 and on
github from different contributors since 2016.
Therefore I can't import the translations from github, because this would
overwrite existing translations from the KDE teams.
It is up to the individual KDE teams to contact the translators on github and
import catalogs.
