Subject:    Request for updates on Kaffeine's translations

I did a number of changes at Kaffeine's source in order to support 
multiple languages for Digital TV Electronic Program Guide (EPG). Due to that,
a large number of strings got added there. Most are just ISO 639-2 language
names (https://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/ascii_8bits.html), but 
there are also a few other new strings there.

I also updated today the Kaffeine's handbook, in English, in order to provide
more documentation about digital TV settings.

So, I'd appreciate if the language teams could take a look on it and
update the translations.

My plan is to release Kaffeine's version 2.0.14 in a couple weeks.
