Hi,
Umbrello, as you may have notice, diverges a bit from the way other
repositories are handled. In order to minimize the impact on the
infrastructure, I applied the following changes:
- translations of GUI, which were moved to the KF5 branches (trunk/l10n-kf5
and branches/stable/l10n-kf5), are staying in the KF5 branches. By default it
is compiled using Frameworks;
- the documentation was moved back to kdelibs4 branches. This is more tricky.
The  documentation used the old DTD to keep compatibility with the kdelibs4
code (which is available in the same git branch).

This seems to be the best solution for now, without many changes to the
infrastructure, hoping to solve this in the proper way in the next cycle
(Applications 17.12).
