Hi,

Just 2 cents from the guy that have already translated all this (it tooks more 
than month but the long way can be parted by some small steps).

1. rkwardplugins is the third largest KDE documentation after digiKam and 
Amarok. It is inevitable that in such a large file the length of the messages 
has almost exponential ditribution. Yes there are two or three _really_ large 
messages, but there are many small (one word) messages that can be easily 
grabbed from the translation memory. I have completed ~400 messages of 1270 
just during the first day.

2. The initial version has some shotcommings with huge messages which include 
non-parted lists. The problem was solved by slight modification of the DocBook 
code which allows fine breaking of such messages.

3. It can be easily found that the "message of irritation" is tagged with 
"programlisting" (can be seen from the Lokalize sidebar). Most of such 
messages are the programming code where it is suffuce to translate the comments 
(actually, the easiest part of the translation).

4. The message at hand is unique (an example of the rkh help file). There is 
nothing we can do with such messages without AI. Who else can know what should 
be translated in the program code and what should not?
