Plasma 5.8 has made its 5.8.5 release which is the last one due
because 5.9 is forked.  We want to keep releasing 5.8 for another year
as an LTS but have 5.9 and future releases as the normal releases.

Plasma/5.9 branch is due to be made on Thursday 12 January with 5.8.95
beta release then and 5.9.0 two weeks later on Thu 26th.  So if we
make an LTS branch for translations now would be a lovely time to do
so.
