Hi,

with the change from kde-files.org to store.kde.org the link in the manual of 
Okteta is wrong, and currently there is no convenient forwarding from the old 
url to the new by the kde-files.org server for organizational reasons.

I forgot to handle this in time for 16.12 and only now look at this.

Okay if I commit the updated url also to the 16.12 branch? Changes one string 
in docmessages/kdesdk/okteta.po
