Regional Settings allows me to select just Serbian cyrillic (sr) format. I
can't find how to select Serbian latin (sr@latin) format.

Right now i have set LC_* to "sr_RS.utf8@latin", but every QT app shows
strings in cyrillic as if LC_* is set to "sr_RS.utf8". Bash, on the other
hand, works as expected and shows latin strings.

I'm using Arch Linux, Plasma 5.8.2 and QT 5.7.0.
