We don't really have any at the moment, i'm just distributing the langauges we 
were a few years ago + another language someone asked for.

I remember we spoke about this at an akademy but we never implemented what we 
agreed on (can't even remember what we agreed on either).

I guess as a first step would make sense to remove the "Essential packages" 
pages from l10n.kde.org?

In the future I would like to switch (if we can find time to code it) to 
shipping KDE Applications translations inside the application tarball, 
effectively making it like frameworks is nowadays.
