Hi,

We are ready to make a new release of GCompris. We created a KDE/0.60
branch which is now in string freeze. We will publish the new release in
2 weeks, the 1st week of June. If you need more time, just tell us.

However, I didn't find where to change the setting to have the stable
version pointing to the 0.60 branch
(http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/stable-kf5/po/gcompris_qt.po/). Did it
change? I though it was
https://projects.kde.org/projects/extragear/edu/gcompris/repository/show?rev=master
page but it redirects to the quickgit.kde.org now.

For those interested, here are the details summarized about the content
of this release.

The new activities are baby_word_processor and tangram (by Bruno
Coudoin), explore_monuments (by Ayush Agrawal), graph_coloring (by
Akshat Tandon), land_safe (by Holger Kaelberer) and photo_hunter (by
Stefan Toncu).

Timothée Giet updated images for chess and readingh/readingv activities
along with the gcompris logo.

Another good news, Bruno found a solution for running GCompris with
Qt5.6 without any side effects.

The versions can be downloaded at::
* android:
http://gcompris.net/download/beta/GCompris-Android-debug-armeabi-v7a-dl-0.60.apk
* windows: http://gcompris.net/download/beta/gcompris-qt-0.60-win32.exe

Feel free to test and report any issues!

Johnny
