Now both stable branches (l10n-kde4 and l10n-kf5) should track 15.08.

Exception for now: all pim modules (kdepim, kdepim-runtime, kdepimlibs) are
still tracked into stable/l10n-kde4 and points to 4.14.
Pim repositories should be released from l10n-kf5 this time, but some branches
are still missing and few repositories should be moved around, so I  postponed
the tracking of newer pim versions under l10n-kf5. This will changes soon (in
one or two days hopefully), so please do not spend time into the pim modules
under l10n-kde4 (which are long-term stable anyway).

If you see something strange in tomorrow logs (translations which appears in
the wrong place), please do not remove/change/fix them, a global change will
be performed instead.
