Thanks Luigi! Looks like you understand my code better than I do ;)

I've posted a review request. After it reaches SVN, we will only need
to set PLURAL_MASTER_PATH to [...]/trunk/l10n-kf5 in
kde/trunk/kde-common/makemessages.
