Hi translation teams,

when moving documentation translations from l10n-kde4 to l10n-kf5 every file is 
moved except the language docbooks even if there is no change in content.

Reason is that kf5 uses docbook 4.5 (kde4 docbook 4.2), therefore you have to 
regenerate your language docbooks anyway.
