As I see it, the only decidedly wrong thing is if translation of
"X-KDE-Keywords" message does not end in semicolon. But this would not catch
usual errors, so to relax a bit, a useful check could be:

* If "Keywords" message, translation must not contain comma and must end
  with semicolon.

* If "X-KDE-Keywords" message, translation must not contain semicolon.

Another thing is whether to verify the translation only if the original is
valid, or to verify ignoring the original. Verification ignoring the
original is what I (always) prefer, but it will bring up questions
"I translated like in the original, why do I get this error?".
