Hi,

Thanks for the info. I got it now, the solution is to use 
$EXTRACT_TR_STRINGS that uses the Qt linguist tools lupdate and lconvert 
to create the pot file. It includes the context string so that the 
reverse operation can be use to create the final qm file with the proper 
context.

I just commited the fixed Messages.sh in GCompris's src directory as 
other project put it there.

Can someone check we are fine now.
