You can download all KDE translations from the SVN server using subversion. In 
lokalize you can define a project file which has all these files in the 
Overview tab. Using Translation Memory (F7), you can put all the strings 
English and Arabic in the TM. Using the same tab you can search for English 
and Arabic strings, so also for "A.M", which gives you a list of all the 
strings which contain this string. Clicking on a list entry lokalize will open 
the corresponding file at that string and you can change the Arabic string, 
save the file and continue with the next entry in the list
