mmm, Is this is going to make the string localized only?
In Arabic, We get rid of the placeholders in the first 3 forms of the plural 
string. We do not write the place holder but letters.
For example: (don't care about the letters but about the structure)
لا ملفات    ملف واحد    ملفان    %1 ملفات    %1 ملفًا    %1 ملف
Each one separated by 4 spaces is a form.
Is this thing possible in the SpinBox?
