Some more outdated strings

kmail_using-kmail.po

1) Entry 120 
It is
"Formatting (&HTML;)"
and should be
"Rich text editing"

2) Entry 144
It is
"Drag text..."
and should be
"Drag text that you want to translate."

kmail_configure.po

3) These entries are no more valid:  
494 "Keep passphrase in memory"
492 "Automatically sign messages"
498 "Show signed/encrypted text after composing"

4) Entry 445
It is
"Empty trash on program exit"
and should be
"Empty the local trash folder on program exit"
