Scripted translations are in frameworks/ki18n, but the catalog name kdelibs4 
is obviously wrong

frameworks/ki18n/CMakeLists.txt:45:add_definitions(-
DTRANSLATION_DOMAIN=\"ki18n5\")

So we have to rename kdelibs4,js to ki18n5.js and use a 
CMakeLists.txt with:
k18n_install_ts_files(${CURRENT_LANG} ki18n5)

Correct?
