Make it clear that a "ZIP/TAR archive" is actually a "TAR.GZ archive".

This bug had been present since 2009's 89705d12...

Saying "Compress as ZIP/TAR archive" is really confusing, as these two
normally refer to two different archive formats. Instead, say "TAR.GZ
archive", which is what we are really creating with this context menu
option.
