I had the fear this framework "reorganization" would have been the 
excuse to kick our i18n in the name of "less dependencies", and this 
thread just confirmed us translators this is _exactly_ what it is 
happening. Thanks for this.

As usual, i18n in KDE by non-i18n people is always handled as an 
afterthough, a poor 2nd (or even 3rd) class citizen.

Sadness overall...
