Pootle can improve efficiency of translation teams indepen= dent of their size and topology by:

1) doing the boilerplate work (s= uch as checkout/download, email/checkin, ...),
2) making your translatio= n tool more available (for example you can translate in your tiny spare tim= e fractions by just opening Pootle in your web browser, probably in your ta= blet or smartphone),
3) and last but not least by providing some collaboration and quality impro= ving facilities such as reviewing/accepting translation suggestions and mai= ntaining a unified, accessible terminology database.

The last point = makes it more practical to get more translators involved in case you will.<= br>

It is better to have stable core of translators.
Who wants to translate KDE, he will find a way unless it is way too
complicated (and doing some svn checkout or downloading file by hand,
translating file in Lokalize and then sending it via mail is not
complicated).
