it is about kde-i10n-nl-4.11.2/messages/kde-
workspace/plasma_applet_org.kde.notifications.po

I am sorry. I misinterpreted the information on websvn.kde.org about this 
change. The change in the translation was not on Aug 2, but on Oct 23.
