As shown at http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/stable-kde4/essential/, this
language is now better than 90% for the "essential" packages.  This
just needed adding 4 new PO files, and reviewing some translations in
6 others - nothing particularly contentious there, and I've left some
as needing review where things were not totally clear.  The same
changes are also in master branch.

Is this enough to enable an en_GB release in 4.12, or are there
further areas that need work?
