libkimap or it's users like akonadi_imap_resource but never akonadi (that is 
below libkimap and akonadi_imap_resource and knows nothing about it).

My suggestion is that you create a bug against libkimap saying it should use a 
KCatalogLoader.

If you don't get much luck with the bug in a few weeks come back to me and 
i'll add the KCatalogLoader myself.
