Hi there

In the PowerDevil runner there is a string called "PowerDevil" which has been 
translated even though it is a technical word.

I have replaced PowerDevil by "Power Management" which is a more accurate 
string. I specially want the exception because 4.11 will be frozen, so it is 
either we change it now or we keep it for 2 years :p
