Hi Ankit,

I have seen the page of FUEL, but I am not sure whether it is
about developing tools that help translation, or something else.

I have been working on a software called B-Translator that helps
among others for ensuring consistency of translations and improving
the quality by getting feedback from users. The homepage is at:
http://info.btranslator.org

If you think that it is something useful, then maybe you can
present it to the participants during the conference (my budget
does not allow me to make the trip to the conference). If some
people find it useful and start using it, this would be great.
