Qt is not GPL only, it's GPL, LGPL and commercial. when submitting=20
code/translations to Qt you have to agree to the Qt Contributor Agreeme=
nt,=20
that grans some "extra" things to some companies, etc.=20

For that reason you are not legally allowed to submit other people's wo=
rk sinc=20
they may have not signed the Qt Contributor Agreement.

So you'd have to either translate the file totally by yourself or get t=
he=20
agreement of everyone that translated it to submit on that Qt Contribut=
or=20
Agreement.

P.S: For Qt5/KDE Frameworks 5 I don't think it makes sense to keep this=
 "fork"=20
of Qt translations so in the [=C2=BFnear?] future you'll have to work w=
ith Qt-
project anyway, but let's not have this discussion now unless someone r=
